How Sipla S.r.l. processes the data of people who visit this website or contact us, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This is a translation: in case of doubt, the Italian version prevails.

2. What data we process
Browsing data. As with any website, the server hosting these pages automatically records some technical data: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested and browser type. We use it only to keep the site working and secure, not to identify visitors.
Data you send us. When you write to us, call us or use the “Request a quote” form, we process the data you provide: name, company, email, phone number and the job description. The form prepares a message that you send from your own email app to siplasrl.mn@gmail.com: the website does not store any data.
3. Why we process it and on what basis

Providing your data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to your request.
4. How long we keep it
- Quote requests not followed by an order: 12 months from the last contact.
- Customer and supplier data: for the period required by civil and tax law (usually 10 years).
- Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider for technical logs.
5. Who may receive the data
Data is processed by authorised Sipla staff and may be shared with suppliers who help us run our business, appointed as data processors where required:
- OVHcloud, the website hosting provider;
- our email service provider (Google, for the Gmail address);
- consultants and professionals, such as our accountant, for legal compliance.
Data is never published or sold.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted by OVHcloud on servers located in the European Union. Email is handled through Google's Gmail service, so some data, such as the messages you send us, may also be processed in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission in its decision of 10 July 2023; transfers are therefore based on that adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and, where applicable, on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive your data in a readable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to siplasrl.mn@gmail.com or to the certified email address above.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use profiling, analytics or third-party cookies, so no consent is required.

Fonts are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from external services. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google's website, which applies its own privacy policy.
